These terms apply to all purchases from EdwardTwo Veloura Collective. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products
We make every effort to show products accurately. Colours may vary slightly from screen images. On 3D-printed items, small layer lines are part of the finish.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Payment is processed securely by Yoco. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
- We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price.
4. Stock and backorders
If a product shows "Available on backorder", it will be made to order and shipped within the stated lead time. See our Made-to-Order & Backorder policy.
5. Personalised products
When you upload a photo or enter text to personalise a product, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any personalisation that is offensive, unlawful or uses someone else's trademarks or copyrighted work. Personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
6. Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to your address or deposited in your chosen locker.
7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
See our Returns & Refunds policy, which includes your 7-day cooling-off right under ECTA and your rights under the CPA.
8. Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may have conditions (such as a minimum spend or expiry date) and only one code can be used per order.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, photos and content on this site belong to EDWARDTWO VELOURA COLLECTIVE (PTY) LTD unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
