EDWARDTWO VELOURA COLLECTIVE (PTY) LTD ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address and mobile number.
  • Delivery details: street address or chosen Pudo locker.
  • Order details: what you bought, amounts and order history.
  • Account details: if you create an account, your login email and a securely hashed password.
  • Personalisation: photos and text you upload to personalise a product. We use them only to make your order, and delete the photos automatically some time after your order is delivered.
  • Technical data: a session cookie needed for your cart and login, and basic server logs (IP address, browser).

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are processed securely by Yoco.

2. Why we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your order.
  • To send transactional messages (order confirmation, shipping updates).
  • To send marketing emails only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who need it to fulfil your order:

  • Yoco — payment processing.
  • Pudo / The Courier Guy — delivery (name, phone, email and delivery address or locker).
  • Our hosting and email providers.

We never sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. Photos you upload for personalised products are deleted automatically about 60 days after your order is delivered (or within 7 days if you don't complete the order). Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

5. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords and restricted admin access to protect your information.

6. Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to its processing. Email info@edwardtwo.co.za. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
