Some products can still be ordered when they are out of stock. These are marked "Available on backorder" on the product page, together with the expected lead time.
How it works
- You order and pay as normal.
- We add your item to the print queue — or, for imported items, reserve one from our next incoming shipment.
- Once it's ready and quality-checked, we ship your order and email you the tracking details.
Lead times
The lead time shown on the product page is our best estimate. If anything changes (for example a material shortage or a delayed shipment), we will contact you with an updated date and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Mixed orders
If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we ship everything together once the backordered items are ready, unless you ask us to split the shipment (additional shipping may apply).
Cancelling a backorder
You can cancel a backordered item for a full refund at any time before printing starts (or, for imported items, before we've placed a special order for you). See our Returns & Refunds policy.
