Where we deliver
We currently deliver within South Africa only, using Pudo (The Courier Guy Locker network).
Delivery options
- Pudo locker — your order is delivered to the Pudo locker you choose at checkout. You'll receive an SMS/email with a PIN to collect it.
- Door delivery — a courier delivers to the street address you provide.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your chosen delivery option.
Free shipping: orders of R750.00 or more (after discounts) qualify for free shipping on the eligible delivery option shown at checkout.
Processing times
- In-stock items are packed and handed to Pudo within 1–3 working days of payment.
- Made-to-order / backordered items are printed or restocked for you first. The expected lead time is shown on the product page and in your cart. If your order contains a backordered item, we ship the whole order together unless you ask us otherwise.
Once handed to Pudo, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Locker deliveries also send you a collection PIN.
Collecting from a locker
Parcels must be collected within the period Pudo specifies (typically a few days). Uncollected parcels are returned to us; re-delivery will be charged at the applicable rate.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at info@edwardtwo.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out with Pudo.
